Huang Xiaoxiang, Vice Governor of Sichuan Province, met with the governor in Chengdu. Phoenix, the capital of Arizona, and Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan Province, are sister cities. During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the friendship and cooperative relations between Sichuan and Arizona.
