The Kaiping Association of Alberta is scheduled to hold the first anniversary and Spring Festival party at the Phoenix Chinese Seniors Association at 1:00 noon on April 1, 2012. There will be a sumptuous lunch reception; outstanding members will be commended; scholarships will be awarded; and There will be lucky draws, cultural performances and other programs. Members (including friends of Kaiping) are invited to participate enthusiastically. The admission fee is RMB 5 per person for members (including Friends of Kaiping) and RMB 10 per person for non-members. Membership fees for 2012 and new members will be charged at the same time.
