Su Junbin, chairman of the KMT Central Organization Development Committee, Xia Daming, director of the Overseas Department, and Yin Wei, spokesperson of the KMT, were invited to attend the first anniversary celebration of the establishment of the "KMT USA Arizona Branch" Arizona has never had an independent party branch directly under the Central Committee of the Kuomintang. It was established last year. Arizona has never had a high-level executive from the Central Committee of the Kuomintang visit. Su Junbin, chairman of the Organization Development Committee of the Central Committee of the Kuomintang, Xia Daming, director of the Overseas Department, and Yin Wei, spokesperson of the Kuomintang, will be invited to attend the celebration of the first anniversary of the founding of the Arizona Branch of the Kuomintang on August 20. Regardless of the level, number of people, and representativeness, the Arizona Branch of the Kuomintang in the United States is deeply honored. Since its establishment last year, the Arizona Branch of the Kuomintang has actively participated in the presidential election of the Republic of China to assist in the re-election of President Ma Ying-jeou. In June, the "Arizona Ma Ying-jeou Wu Dunyi Support Association" and the "Arizona Taiwan Gas Station" were established. Since August, several "Overseas Chinese Voting Information Seminars" have been held in succession. In September, they have contacted travel agencies and airlines to arrange the cheapest air tickets and accommodation to encourage Arizona overseas Chinese to return to China to vote for Ma Ying-jeou. A total of more than 50 party members and supporters have been summoned to return to Taiwan to vote. In November, enthusiastic volunteers were recruited to return to China to participate in the "Chinese Kuomintang's 101st Presidential and Legislative Election Overseas Support Team" ", a group of twelve people returned to China in January 2012 to participate in the "Overseas Campaign Team for the 101st Presidential and Legislative Elections of the Chinese Kuomintang". On the evening of January 14th, they participated in the vote counting and victory night in front of the "Ma Ying-jeou and Wu Dunyi Campaign Headquarters" in Taipei. The branch is scheduled to hold a celebration meeting for the first anniversary of the founding of the "Kuomintang Arizona Branch of the United States" at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 20, at the Phoenix Connaught Building (3930 N 24TH AVE, PHOENIX, AZ 85015).
