Feinian Chinese School is scheduled to start school on January 5th

Fenia Chinese School, located in the Phoenix area, was an early school established in the Phoenix area to provide Chinese teaching and spread Chinese culture. It is affiliated to the Phoenix Overseas Chinese Federation. The school offers subjects such as Mandarin, Cantonese, painting, martial arts, and folk dance. The spring classes of this semester are scheduled to start on January 5, 2013 (Saturday), and registration will begin at 12:30 noon. Parents and students are asked to arrive on time. In addition to the original students, our school is recruiting new students for the spring class. Friends who are willing to learn Chinese and Chinese culture are welcome to join. New students get a free two-week trial. This semester, the school has also added an adult class and launched a Chinese history research course, and hired Mr. Yu Wenchuo to give lectures in English. Mr. Yu Wenchuo graduated from the Department of Political Science (China) of the University of Chicago and received a master's degree in marketing administration from Byola University in Chicago. He has in-depth research on Chinese history, geography and economy. This course will study the history of China from the Neolithic Age to the present and the origin of cultural development, which is very informative and interesting. The adult class registers at 12:30 p.m. on the same day and has classes from 1:30 to 2:30 every week, with a total of 16 classes. Tuition fee is one hundred yuan. Recently, the school's board of directors invited people from the overseas Chinese community who care about the school to discuss matters related to the school's development. The school will carry out multi-faceted Chinese cultural inheritance education based on the characteristics of the area where it is located, and open various short-term adult learning classes to meet the needs of the public. We hope that all sectors of society will make demands on us. Since the original campus of our school supported the construction of the Kangle Apartment for the Elderly, we have been using the free time of the Chinese Senior Citizens Association (734 W. Elm Street, Phoenix AZ 85013) as a temporary classroom for the school. Classes will still be held at the club this semester. For school-related matters, please contact 602-285-5670.
