New atmosphere in spring, new hope in the new year – New Year’s message from New Oriental Art School With the bell of the New Year and the footsteps of spring, New Oriental Art School...
With the bell of the New Year and the footsteps of spring, New Oriental Art School has ushered in the third year of its establishment. New Oriental has always adhered to the school purpose of "inheriting Chinese civilization and creating a better future" and strives to build the school into a platform for spreading Chinese civilization and culture.
In the past year, the school organized two large-scale performances, the Alberta Spring Festival Gala and the Mid-Autumn Festival Gala. Students from New Oriental Art School are active in many activities in the Chinese community. For example: "Beijing Love" domestic artists come to the United States to perform, the National Day Miss Chinese Beauty Pageant, the "Ode to Peace" concert, etc. These activities are of great significance and far-reaching impact! In the new year, New Oriental Art School will continue to cooperate extensively with various groups in the Chinese community. We believe that our efforts can bring new atmosphere and new hope to the Chinese community in this province.
In the new year, New Oriental will continue to focus on Chinese folk dance, art and music as its main teaching courses, and add Chinese ink painting, calligraphy, paper-cutting courses, Chinese folk music appreciation classes, early childhood education music classes, vocal music classes, etc. We continue to offer a variety of after-school improvement classes for children: SAT English reading and writing, general English reading and writing, SAT mathematics improvement classes, general mathematics improvement classes, etc. The school will also adapt to needs and offer various cultural lectures and cultural forums. Whether you are an adult or a child, you can find a suitable and favorite theme in our school.
The Year of the Horse is approaching, and the Chinese community’s opening drama in Arizona, the “Alberta Year of the Horse Spring Festival Gala,” will be grandly staged at the CHANDLER Art Center on the afternoon of January 19th. The party was jointly planned by New Oriental Art School and the ASU Confucius Institute. It also received support from many groups and individuals in the Chinese community in Alberta and active participation from the American community. We and the community are looking forward to the performance and success of the party!
Spring is exciting, and the New Year brings us hope. New Oriental Art School wishes all our friends happiness, health, happiness and good fortune in the New Year!
