The Chinese Joy Luck Club is a social organization mainly for Chinese people from Phoenix. In order to serve the Chinese community in Greater Phoenix, we plan to open free adult English classes to teach practical English for daily life. This course is personally taught by Mr. Tang Xiaoxian, a senior from Fengcheng. Teacher Tang’s services are completely voluntary and free of charge.
Service target: new and old immigrants, visiting parents, spouses of international students and other adults who are willing to learn English. Study location:

Study time First semester 10 weeks, study once, 2 hours each time Wednesday morning from 9:00 to 11:00, study one lesson (Unit) each time, 10 lessons (Units) per semester

Textbook: Real-Life English Teacher: Tang Xiaoxian, a senior college English teacher, is hired to teach on a voluntary basis. Tuition: Free Tuition and miscellaneous fees: shared equally based on the number of applicants (2-hour classroom rent is US$10 shared equally, 6 handouts per lesson, copy fee plus tax, 66 cents)

Students who live in Tempe can take the Jupiter free bus directly to the Tempe Public Library
The Pyler Center is at the southwest corner of Southern Avenue and Rual Road. You can take bus No. 61 and get off at Southern/Rural. You can also take bus 72 and get off at Rural/Southern.
