This is the first time since the U.S. Congress established the youth duck mail competition in 1994 that an Alberta athlete has won the top three in the country. The annual National Duck Post Painting Competition with a history of 20 years is a painting competition organized by the Department of the Interior legislated by the U.S. Congress.
