Tzu Chi is a global charitable organization. The Tzu Chi Phoenix Liaison Office distributes food to local citizens with financial difficulties every day, provides free physical examinations to those without insurance once or twice a year, and guides citizens to promote concepts such as environmental protection and vegetarianism to maintain health.
