[Article submitted by the Arizona branch of the Chinese Kuomintang] The Democratic Progressive Party came to power, Taking advantage of the majority of seats in Congress, the "Improper Party Assets Committee" was established. Without any judicial judgment, the black hands directly reached into financial institutions and froze the assets of the Kuomintang. In response to this illegal, unconstitutional, and unreasonable and ruthless political pursuit, the Central Party Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang launched two activities, "Special Party Dues" and "Thousand Yuan Donation" on October 22, in the hope of uniting as one to save the nation.

Overseas party dues and political donations involve the remittance regulations of the "Administrative Management Committee". The special political donation account opened by the Central Party Committee at the post office cannot directly accept foreign remittances. It must first be remitted to special donation accounts overseas and then transferred to the special central donation account. The Overseas Department of the Chinese Kuomintang Organization and Development Committee issued a document on October 27, specifically explaining these two activities.

>Special Party Dues

This "Special Party Dues" payment method is based on the provisions of the "Measures for Payment of Party Dues by Members of the Chinese Kuomintang". A one-time special party dues of NT$2,000 is accepted. Party members can increase the subscription amount according to their wishes. There is no upper limit and there are no other legal doubts.

Overseas party headquarters at all levels must complete the collection and registration between October 25th and December 25th, and then transfer them to the party dues account of the Party Central Committee. After the remittance is deposited, the central government will issue receipts and replicas of "Chinese Revolutionary Party Certificate Commemorative Vouchers" based on the roster, and grant them to each party member who paid special party dues to keep as a souvenir.

>Thousand Yuan Donation

As for the "Thousand Yuan Donation" part, it is a political donation. According to the regulations of the "Political Donation Law", the donor must be a citizen of the Republic of China, have an ID card number, and be over 20 years old. Moreover, the total amount donated by a single donor to the same political party each year is NT$300,000. If the donation is made in the name of a company in Taiwan, the annual donation limit to the same political party is NT$3 million.

Individual or corporate donations can be made within the annual limit, year after year. The central government will also issue a "political donation receipt" to each individual or corporate donor after the donation is recorded in the account.

Special party dues and political donations involve the collection and remittance of money. The Arizona Branch of the Chinese Kuomintang will open a special account and handle it in accordance with regulations. The donation date, name, ID card number, party and government number, address and amount received will be accurately recorded and reported to the central government.

The Arizona Branch of the Chinese Kuomintang, on behalf of the Party Central Committee, would like to express our deepest gratitude to all comrades and overseas Chinese who have paid special party dues or sponsored. The names and phone numbers of contact comrades are as follows:
