>Why do we need to take the exam?
I believe this is a question that many parents and students want to ask.
First of all, standardize the teaching content of ethnic folk dance. The examination materials are compiled by senior experts from Beijing Dance Academy based on decades of teaching experience. The teaching content is not only rich, but also integrates elements of various ethnic and folk dances into 120 dance combinations according to children of different ages and levels. The teaching materials are step-by-step, coherent and complete, allowing children around the world to learn Chinese folk dances in a standardized and systematic manner.
Secondly, standardize the teaching staff. There are more and more institutions teaching Chinese folk dance overseas, and the quality of teachers varies. Teachers must pass the assessment for Chinese ethnic and folk dance. Teachers are not allowed to teach without passing the assessment and obtaining a teacher qualification certificate.
Again, standardize the evaluation system. Children and parents have spent a lot of time, energy, and money on letting their children learn Chinese folk dance. How did they learn? Is it professional? What level has it reached? It is not the instructor who makes the evaluation. Children's efforts will be evaluated more fairly and professionally. Senior experts from Beijing Dance Academy conduct on-site assessments and comment on the children’s strengths and weaknesses. Of course, children will continue to have new goals so that their efforts will be recognized. The highest level of the grade examination will be the professional level requirement. The Art Institute of Alberta has also received advanced training qualifications. Intermediate and advanced courses will be offered gradually.
Finally, parents hope that their children can inherit the culture and traditions of our Chinese nation by learning Chinese folk dances. This is a very good idea. Only by recognizing and carrying forward our national culture can the Chinese nation gain a place among the nations of the world. Let children build up their self-confidence, and national arts will make them more unique and beautiful. Going back to that sentence?#27665;The nation belongs to the world?#12290;
About the teaching materials
The Chinese folk dance examination textbook is from Beijing Dance Academy Editor-in-chief, Professor Pan Zhitao, a famous dance educator, takes the scientific unification of joyful education and quality education as the starting point, emphasizing multi-faceted training of the body, emphasizing the combination of diversity and fun, so that every participant not only trains the body, cultivates temperament, but also builds an optimistic and confident attitude in happy dance learning.
The teaching materials include ten dance combinations for each level, extending from early childhood to adolescence. The dances are arranged according to the characteristics of growth, and the music of the teaching materials is edited by the Chinese Ethnic and Folk Dance Department of Beijing Dance Academy.
The teaching materials include not only the dances of the five major ethnic groups of Han, Tibetan, Mongolian, Uighur and Korean, but also the dances of Hani, Daur, Lisu, Bai and other ethnic minorities, with a total of more than 50 dance types, allowing students to learn about Chinese national culture while learning dance.
> May the children dance with joy.
The Alberta College of Art has officially launched grade examination teaching courses.
Students who have initially passed the teacher's assessment can undergo graded teaching. All students are expected to actively participate and work hard to pass the exam.
