新华网福州6月25日电 (记者郑良)据来自福建省漳州市中级法院的最新消息，经最高人民法院核准，6月25日，漳州中级法院对3名走私、贩卖、运输毒品罪犯依法执行死刑，该3名罪犯均系台湾人。

漳州市中级法院于2010年12月20日、2011年4月27日分别对陈天禄、许福泰走私、运输毒品罪一案，王镇宗犯走私、贩卖、运输毒品一案作出判决，依法判处3人死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产。 After the verdict was announced, all three defendants appealed. 法院经审理查明，2009年11月23日，罪犯陈天禄经台湾人蔡某(另案处理)指使，在漳州漳浦县赵家堡附近接收90千克氯胺酮运至自己的养殖场，并于当晚雇人将毒品用其购置的渔船运至海上接驳的台湾船只。同年12月19日，罪犯许福泰接到毒贩指令后，纠集罪犯陈天禄等人前往漳浦县赵家堡至赤湖镇方向的公路边，接收80千克氯胺酮存放于陈天禄的养殖场，并于同月23日雇人将毒品运至接驳的台湾船只。

2010年1月22日，罪犯许福泰接到毒贩指令及毒资后，伙同苏某(另案处理)等人前往漳浦县接运毒品，陈天禄因车祸受伤无法参与接运，遂提供车辆协助。苏某等人在漳浦县赵家堡高速公路出口处附近接到毒品氯胺酮118.2千克后被当场抓获，陈天禄、许福泰则在养殖场内落网。

关于王镇宗犯走私、贩卖、运输毒品一案，法院经审理查明，2009年底至2010年初，罪犯王镇宗与”大头”(在逃)经预谋，从大陆走私100千克毒品氯胺酮到台湾贩卖。 In February 2010, criminal Wang Zhenzong once again planned with "Dr. Chen" (at large) and others to smuggle 150 kilograms of ketamine from the mainland to Taiwan for profit.
