The Longgang Organization originated from the history of "Taoyuan Stakeholdership" and "Ancient City Gathering" during the Three Kingdoms era. For 1,800 years, the clansmen of the four surnames Liu, Guan, Zhang and Zhao have followed the instructions of their ancestors: "Encourage them, encourage them! In 1963, the World Longgang Chenyi General Office was officially established in Hong Kong. So far, there are more than 140 Longgang organizations around the world, with more than 3 million overseas clan members. In modern times, there have been many talented people in Longgang, such as Elaine Chao, who served as Secretary of the Department of Labor and Department of Transportation, Congresswoman Zhao Meixin, and Congressman Liu Yunping. There are countless outstanding talents in Longgang who are outstanding in all walks of life! Phoenix Longgang Qinyi Office was established in 1973 and has a history of more than 50 years. In 2016, the 21st American Longgang Kiss Conference was successfully held in Phoenix! Only the Overseas Chinese Federation and the Phoenix Longgang Group have held large-scale meetings of Chinese groups across America in Arizona.

Zhang Huafang has served the overseas Chinese community for many years. She has served as the chairman of the Greater Phoenix Overseas Chinese Federation, the chairman of the Chinese Restaurant Association of Alberta, and is also a director of the Chinese Welfare Association and the Chinese Historical Association of Alberta. She has made great contributions to cultural and public welfare undertakings such as the Phoenix Chinese School and the Chinese Seniors Association, and has received rave reviews.
