In order to create an efficient docking platform for overseas Chinese, domestic investors and entrepreneurial carriers, the Overseas Talent Network will hold a series of activities called "Overseas Scholars Returning to China to Start a Business" from March to April 2013 (Spring 2013) - a series of return-to-country entrepreneurial matchmaking activities initiated and organized by the Overseas Talent Network for overseas scholars around the world, integrating project developers, investment institutions and government departments.

Overseas Talent Network is a domestic-based organization that professionally provides consulting services for overseas students returning home to start their own businesses. The Overseas Talent Network has close and friendly cooperation with governments, local investment and financing institutions, and private capital in Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Nanjing, Ningbo, Huzhou, Zhenjiang, Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Shenzhen and other places. Through the multi-party combination model of "capital + intelligence + policy", it provides a one-stop entrepreneurial service platform for overseas scholars. At present, the "Overseas Scholars Returning to China to Start a Business" series of activities (2013 spring session) has officially started registration, and the Overseas Talent Network hereby sincerely invites you to participate! Applicants will have the opportunity to participate in the following two activities at the same time:

> Zhongshan 328 Matchmaking Conference is the main activity of this series of activities. In principle, overseas scholars who sign up need to focus on participating. At the event, the Zhongshan Municipal Government will introduce the entrepreneurial environment of Zhongshan City to the participating overseas scholars, and provide project roadshow time for each overseas scholar to promote his or her project; at the same time, the event will invite local private entrepreneurs in Zhongshan City to participate, providing an unmissable opportunity for overseas scholars seeking cooperation with private capital!

Overseas Talent Network will continue to inherit its successful experience in the past and once again provide overseas scholars with a good opportunity to conduct on-site entrepreneurial inspections and matchmaking in Jiangsu and Zhejiang! In the past activities of the Overseas Talent Network, a large number of projects found suitable entrepreneurial locations or private capital during this inspection activity. Through the platform of the Overseas Talent Network, they met entrepreneurial partners, obtained more favorable government support, and accelerated the successful settlement and entrepreneurship of their projects in the country.

The governments participating in the Jiangsu and Zhejiang inspection trip activities section of this series of activities include: Nanjing Jiangning District, Changzhou Jintan City, Zhenjiang New City, Zhangjiagang, and Jiaxing City. The above-mentioned participating governments will select projects suitable for local industrial development and needs from all registered projects, and invite project personnel to the local area for a 1-2 day inspection activity (the criteria for selecting projects are set by the local government, and projects that meet the needs can be selected, with no limit on the number). During the inspection activities, overseas scholars will be arranged to visit local entrepreneurial carriers, conduct face-to-face communication and docking with local private capital or investment institutions, and conduct policy consultation with local government personnel to effectively meet the entrepreneurial needs of overseas scholars.
