The 2013 Alberta Spring Festival is full of local accents Nostalgia - "Beijing Love - Meet in Phoenix" (Alberta Times Qingbao) On the sixth day of the Lunar New Year of the Chinese Year of the Snake, the Arizona Mesa Art Center welcomed an 18-member performance troupe from the Beijing Overseas Chinese Federation, as well as nearly a thousand local overseas Chinese. The evening party with Chinese characteristics started at 7:30 that night. This is the first New Year greeting from the motherland, and the thirteen artists are all leaders in the domestic industry. Ma Jian, vice chairman of the Beijing Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, said that this is the 11th year that the Beijing Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese Consolation Performance Troupe has persisted. The artists set out on New Year’s Eve and don’t return home until the 16th of January every year. Some artists even rush to record the Spring Festival Gala on New Year's Eve, and immediately catch a flight to participate in the performance of the troupe after the recording. They brought local accents and feelings to overseas Chinese around the world, making local overseas Chinese burst into tears with excitement. The most interactive program of this performance was the performance of "Paradise" by the Mongolian artist Bao Lianlian. The whole audience echoed "I love you, my home...", and the harmony was full of harmony on and off the stage, which was quite touching. Calligraphy, painting, and folk dance jointly performed "Dancing Ink Love" by Guo Baoqing, the calligrapher of the Beijing Olympics "Beijing Welcomes You", Beijing young painter Tian Tian, and dancer Zhang Le of the China Falling Art Troupe. Tian Tian created a traditional Chinese painting "Bamboo for Peace" on the spot, wishing overseas Chinese a healthy and safe New Year. Teacher Guo Baoqing wrote a majestic Chinese character for "dragon" and attached a pair of Spring Festival couplets. He also wished all descendants of the Chinese people, the descendants of the dragon, good luck and good luck. The two artists respectively sent these two priceless works as New Year gifts to the organizer, the Arizona Overseas Chinese Federation (Hualian), as a commemoration. "The Monkey King Borrows His Fan" presented by Song Yan and Hao Ying, leaders of Beijing Fenglei Peking Opera Troupe, gave many American audiences a new understanding of Chinese Peking Opera. They saw the basic skills of martial arts singing in Peking Opera. Sun Wukong's golden cudgel seems to have grown on his hand. It rotates dozens of times continuously without any hesitation. The skill in his hand is very solid. The fight between Wukong and Princess Iron Fan, including lowering the waist, big kicks, and waist and leg skills are even more amazing. American friends clapped and applauded when they saw it! In the singing of "Beijing Welcomes You", senior overseas Chinese leader Yu Wenjin of Phoenix City, President of the Alberta Times Zhen Shuoqin, member of the Board of Directors of the Overseas Chinese Federation, President of the Overseas Chinese Federation Zhang Huafang, Chairman of the Alberta Chamber of Commerce Wu Zhaowen and other overseas Chinese leaders came to the stage to thank the artists for the wonderful performance they brought to Chinese friends. This is the first time for the Beijing Overseas Chinese Federation to perform in Phoenix. Fei Jian, president of the Overseas Chinese Federation, said that local Chinese friends are full of expectations for the performance group's visit. At the same time, they have the money and the strength to mobilize all their strength to support. This "Beijing Love?#30456; Appointment in Phoenix" makes the Spring Festival in Phoenix more like hometown. The organizer Hualian also takes this opportunity to express its special thanks to the Confucius Institute at Arizona State University, the Chinese Overseas Chinese Association of Greater Phoenix, Hope Chinese School, Modern Chinese School, New Oriental Art School, "Sunbird" Alberta Chinese Network, US-China Cultural and Art Exchange Association, Alberta Times, and Allstate Insurance Company for their strong support.
