Home sales in Flagstaff Port increased by 15% in 2012. According to the Arizona Daily Sun, single-family home sales in the Flagstaff area in 2012 increased by 15% compared with 2011. Flagstaff sold 886 single-family homes in 2012, the highest number in the past six years.
