Home sales in Flagstaff increased by 15% in 2012. According to the Arizona Daily Sun, single-family home sales in Flagstaff increased by 15% in 2012 compared to 2011. Flagstaff sold 886 single-family homes in 2012, the highest number in the past six years. Meanwhile, the average price of a home fell 4% in 2012, but the price per square foot remained essentially the same as last year. Estate agent Stephen Brydon said the market showed solid growth in the second half of 2012. Brighton said the number of home sales, average price and price per square foot were all up in the fourth quarter, especially in December.
