2012 Year of the Dragon is auspicious and the Chinese Joy Luck Club has a grand dinner hosted by the Joy Luck Club (Chinese Joy Luck) The second Chinese New Year Chinese Party, hosted by the Club and co-organized by the Sunbird Chinese Network, will be held at Clubhouse in Lakeshore at Anderson Springs (1825 West Ray Road Chandler, AZ 85224) from 5 pm to 10 pm on February 4. Invite Chinese friends to bring their own specialties and celebrate the Chinese New Year with old and new friends. This event will start with a party at 5:00pm-5:30pm, dinner at 5:30pm-7:00pm, many exciting performances and raffles from 7:00pm-8:00pm, and free karaoke time at 8:00pm-9:30pm. This will be an annual gathering to celebrate the traditional Chinese Spring Festival. Everyone is welcome to bring their own food to share. If you don’t have any special dishes, don’t worry. As long as you pay 10 yuan for adults and 5 yuan for children under 8 years old, you can join this big party to taste hundreds of specialties, receive gifts, and make new friends.
