2012 China and America Semiconductor Association High-Tech Job Fair (Photo) The annual China and America Semiconductor Association (CASPA) Jobfair will arrive with the hot summer in Phoenix, which has been an important part of CASPA's service to companies and professionals for many years. CASPA (Chinese American Semiconductor Professional Association) was established in San Jose, California in 1991.
