The 2011 ASU Chinese Student Union election has begun. From 11:59 on April 20th to 11:59pm on April 23rd, the ASU Chinese Student Union election will begin. There are three candidates running for president this year, and the list is as follows (ranked in no particular order, in alphabetical order by surname. Voter qualifications: All current Chinese students and scholars at ASU, current Chinese faculty at ASU, and ASU Chinese alumni can vote. Specific voting methods: After determining your ideal candidate, please use your asu.edu email address to send an email to asucssa@gmail.com. Write the subject of the email: CSSA Election. The content of the email must include: 1) The name of the candidate you voted for 2) The voter’s ASU student card number (10 digits)? Note: We only give this number to ASU to verify the voter and keep it confidential and will not disclose it to the public! No other uses! When announcing the voting results, we keep the names of all voters confidential and only show the last 4 digits of the student card 3) Voter's name Valid votes: Emails that do not meet any of the following conditions will be deemed invalid votes (1) Must be sent to the asu.edu email address (2) The voter's 10-digit ASU student ID number (1000xxxxxx) must be provided (3) The voter's name must be provided (4) Emails must be sent during voting hours. Each email sent to the asucssa mailbox counts as one vote; each voter can only vote for one candidate. After sending the email, CSSA staff will reply within 24 hours. If no reply email is received, it means that the vote does not meet the conditions of a valid vote. Conditions for election: After the voting closes, the candidate with the most votes among all valid votes will be counted and elected as the next chairman.
