The Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee organized the "2011 Overseas Chinese Businessmen Chain and Franchise Entrepreneurship Observation Group" In order to promote domestic high-quality chain franchise brands to overseas exhibition stores, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Council held the "2011 Overseas Chinese Business Chain Franchise Entrepreneurship Observation Group" in conjunction with the "2011 Third Taipei Franchise Exhibition" held in Taipei from August 26 to August 29, 2011. In addition to on-site tours and exhibitions by professionals, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Council invited experts to teach basic franchise courses and arrange business opportunities with high-performance operators. For overseas Chinese who are interested in starting a chain franchise business, this is a rare opportunity for on-the-spot observation. This event is hosted by the Taiwan Chain Franchise Promotion Association and will be held from August 27 to September 2 this year. It includes a visit to the "2011 3rd Taipei Franchise Exhibition" (one day of guided tours and one day of free viewing), a two-day basic course on franchising entrepreneurship, and two days of visits to domestic excellent chain and franchise operators and business opportunities negotiation activities. Overseas Chinese who can communicate in Chinese, aged 25 to 60 years old, and entrepreneurs in their places of residence who are interested in participating in domestic chain franchise brands are welcome to sign up. There are a total of 60 places worldwide. In addition to paying for round-trip transportation from the place of residence, participants only need to pay a registration fee of NT$3,000 (or US$100) when registering. The fee includes tickets to visit the "2011 3rd Taipei Franchise Exhibition", lunch and transportation expenses during the event. As for the event venue, teachers and related administrative expenses, as well as the insurance premium of NT$2 million per person for travel accident insurance plus NT$200,000 for accidental medical insurance during the event, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Council will bear the expense.
