A company headquartered in Northern California plans to expand its Scottsdale branch operations to include Internet marketing and involvement in large financial enterprises, and is expected to add 125 positions. Rearden Commerce, a privately held company headquartered in Foster City, Calif., plans to hire 250 people in 2012, half of them at its Scottsdale location. These positions are primarily in sales and involve liaison with customers across the country. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401(k). The company's human resources director said annual salaries for these positions range from $50,000 to $110,000, including commissions. Rearden Business Plan launches a consumer website that allows consumers to enjoy online reservations for restaurants, golf courses, massage appointments, etc. Currently, it has signed more than 40 partners. The company hired more than 260 people in 2011 and currently has more than 650 employees spread across the state, Ohio, New Jersey and Bangalore, India. There are 30 positions available at the Scottsdale location.
