At the 37th annual Halloween Carnival, the whole family can enjoy a safe and fun time together. The carnival features fun games, delicious food stalls, face painting, train rides, bounce houses and a children's play area. The Halloween costume contest allows everyone to win generous prizes. A game ticket is 25 cents, and most games require three or four tickets. Proceeds will benefit local civic groups.
Time: October 25: 5-9 p.m. Saturday
Location: Kiwanis Park, 5500 S. Mill Ave., Tempe
