On the morning of October 15, 2014, the Asian Pacific Community in Action held a press conference to launch a statewide campaign to eliminate "Hepatitis B" starting from the 15th. Lloyd Y. Asaato, executive director of Asia Promotion Association, introduced to reporters their screening and information on hepatitis B and hepatitis C over the past 12 years.

campaign proposes an initiative to urge all Asian residents to go to the doctor and request hepatitis B virus testing. Non-hepatitis B virus carriers are encouraged to take the hepatitis B vaccine. Hepatitis B virus carriers should undergo regular physical examinations and pay attention to the development of the virus. Because "Hepatitis B" is a chronic disease that is relatively common in Asian communities, one in 10 Asians is a hepatitis B virus carrier. Every Asian has an obligation to raise slogans to protect their families and bring their families to participate in the campaign to end the spread of the hepatitis B virus.
