Touching 101 - 2012 Chinese Golden Overseas Chinese Award Short Film Selection Event Press Release Since 2009, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Council has continuously held the "Chinese Golden Overseas Chinese Award Short Film Selection" event, which has received enthusiastic response in the Chinese world. This year (2012), with the theme of "Touching 101", short films ranging from 120 seconds to 180 seconds will be solicited from Chinese people around the world. The winner will receive a prize of NT$200,000! The films selected for the competition in previous years are exquisite and stunning, fully demonstrating the ingenuity and potential of the Chinese people in audio and video creation; this year, Chinese people from all over the world are once again invited to share more wonderful stories, whether it is family, love, friendship or even emotions for the land, hometown, and country, all can be interpreted in the film. The "Touching 101?012 Chinese Golden Overseas Chinese Award Short Film Selection Campaign" has been inviting Chinese people from all over the world to participate through the Internet since February 1st. The global simultaneous call for submissions and uploading of participating videos will be opened from May 10th. In addition, starting from March, the "Qiao Qiao Super Health Award" event will also be held. As long as you join the "Lai Qitao Taiwan" fan group, you will have a chance to win grand prizes such as Hgengen-Dazs pint ice cream coupons, 7-11 gift certificates, and NT$3,000. This year, the champion work will receive NT$200,000. The runner-up and third runner-up will receive NT$100,000 and NT$50,000 respectively.
