Dear Tsinghua Alumni: The 101st anniversary of our alma mater, Tsinghua University, is coming soon. Our Arizona Alumni Association will also hold celebrations as scheduled, organize barbecue dinners, and add fun game competitions to enhance communication and participation among alumni and their families. We sincerely invite alumni, their families, and friends to participate in our activities

Location, Details related to time, fees and activity arrangements are as follows:

Time: 11AM ~ 4PM, 04/22/2012 (Sunday) Location: Ramadas D, F, G in Fiesta group Ramada area, in Kiwanis community park (Tempe, AZ) Fee: Adult $6/person, child $2/person (Since we are a voluntary organization, we do not have any other source of funding except membership sponsorship, so please understand the fees)

Process arrangement: 11:00AM-1:00PM BBQ dinner 1:00PM (or play it by ear) -4:00PM Fun game competitions. Including activities such as rope skipping, water balloon throwing and catching, egg throwing and catching, two-person three-legged running and circling.

*Registration: In order to better arrange food purchasing and entertainment activities, we hope to have a general understanding of the number of people participating in the event. Therefore, if you are interested in participating, please send an email to Hongyu Yu at hongyuyu@asu.edu as soon as possible before 04/19/2012 to inform us how many of you and your friends will participate. (Of course, registration is not required, and your participation is always welcome!) Other friends (especially ASU students) may need transportation help. If you can provide help, or if you need help, please indicate it in the email.
