According to analysis by Sentier Research, the median household income in the United States was $50,964 in June 2012, a decrease of 4.8% from $53,508 three years ago. If compared with the value in December 2007 before the recession, the situation appears to be even worse. In addition to age factors, the increase or decrease in income is related to education. The income of people with secondary education has the largest decrease, and the income of the two groups with the lowest and highest education has the smallest decrease.

The analysis report said that the household income of African Americans fell by 11.1% during the same period, and that of whites, Hispanics and Americans of other races. The household income of Chinese people decreased by 5.2%, 4.1% and 3.6% respectively.

According to the report, the following 10 states in the United States saw the fastest decline in salary income:

Minnesota, which dropped by 3.9%, with the minimum wage per hour of $7.2. $5.

Nevada, down 3.2%, to $852 per hour.

Connecticut, down 3.1%, to $8.25 per hour. $.

Florida, down 2.8%, to $847 per hour.

California, down 2.7%, to $847 per hour.
