After experiencing Christmas and New Year when friends get together and enjoy festive food, everyone must be more concerned about their body shape and health. Teacher He Chunling from New Oriental Art School will give you a free open class of ZUMBA fitness dance after the New Year. In the one-hour course, Teacher Chunling will lead everyone to experience the magical effects of ZUMBA fitness dance on our bodies. ZUMBA is a fitness dance that combines dance and fitness that has become rapidly popular in North America in recent years. It is developed with passionate Latin music as the background and sexy Latin dance steps. ZUMBA fitness dance has excellent shaping effects on arms, abdomen, buttocks and legs. Approximately five hundred to seven hundred calories can be consumed in one hour. At the same time, as an aerobic exercise, it is also very helpful in improving cardiopulmonary function. ZUMBA dance steps are easy to learn, very interesting, and can effectively burn fat, sculpt body lines, detoxify and nourish the skin. Even without any dance foundation, you can still move your body to the music to gain a high sense of accomplishment. Introduction to Teacher He Chunling: Professional ZUMBA fitness coach, holds ZUMBA coaching license. I have been learning Chinese dance since I was a child. After Teacher Chunling became a professional coach of ZUMBA, she relied on her profound Chinese dance skills to combine Latin-style ZUMBA with Chinese classical dance and Chinese folk dance to create a unique ZUMBA fitness dance. Teacher Chunling’s ZUMBA fitness dance not only maintains the passionate and unrestrained style of ZUMBA Latin dance, but also incorporates the elegant and delicate Chinese elements of Chinese dance. In Teacher Chunling’s ZUMBA fitness dance, you can see not only the characteristics of SALSA, CHACHA, SAMBA, CUBIA, FLEMINGO, MERENGE, HIPHOP and other South American dances, but also the shadows of Middle Eastern dance, belly dance, Indian BOLLYWOOD dance, and even Chinese Yangko. This allows Ms. Chunling’s students to not only exercise their bodies and shape their curves while dancing fitness dance, but also fully enjoy the beauty of the dance itself.
