The financial loan industry will recover. Tempe will first provide 250 jobs. (Compiled by this website) After a period of near death, with the recovery of the real estate market, the loan industry has revived, bringing new employment opportunities. Governor Jane Brewer and Tempe Mayor announced Thursday that California-based Union Bank is expanding its operations with a new lending center in Tempe that will create 250 jobs. The 42,000-square-foot center will open in June at Washington Street and North Priest.
