The Professional Association of Scientists and Engineers (SCIE) booked 10 rooms at the Super 8 Hotel (with king size at $45, two double-beds at $50, two queens at $55) with heated swimming pool, spa, including free breakfast. The event content is as follows

December 24

Depart Phoenix at 10 am, arrive at Show Low at 2 pm, go to Pinetop to rent ski equipment, return to Super 8 Hotel, have dinner together at 5:30 pm (Pot-luck)

December 25

7:00 am Breakfast, leave the hotel. Arrive at Ski-resort at 8:00am and leave ski-resort at 4:00pm, return ski equipment and return to Show low. Let’s have Chinese buffet together at 5:00 pm. Return to the hotel and participate in entertainment activities together in the hotel conference room

December 26
