PRESS Coffee is preparing to open its newest Phoenix cafe in August 2026. The shop is under construction at 20555 N. 56th St. inside CityNorth, the development that also houses Sprouts Farmers Market's corporate headquarters.
The CityNorth cafe will add another location to PRESS Coffee's Valley network, which now includes 19 shops. The new site places the company in a north Phoenix development with offices, retail, and other daily traffic.
Steve Kraus and Tram Mai founded PRESS Coffee in 2008. The company roasts coffee at its Phoenix facility and sources beans from coffee growing regions around the world, including from its own farm in Panama.
The menu includes espresso drinks, drip coffee, cold brew, teas, matcha beverages, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and other ready to take items. PRESS Coffee has also been moving into the West Valley, with a Peoria cafe planned inside Sprouts Farmers Market at Lake Pleasant Towne Center.
