Motor Vault is planning a Peoria development near Lake Pleasant Parkway and Pinnacle Peak Road, with an opening target around October 2027. The schedule could change, but the project would be the company's first West Valley community.
Founder and CEO Vern Haugen has described the area as a strong fit because of its recreational vehicle users, homes with RV garages, and nearby driving destinations. Motor Vault already operates communities in Deer Valley and Fountain Hills, with additional projects planned in Queen Creek and Surprise.
Motor Vault Peoria is planned for about 78,000 square feet and 56 individually owned garage suites. Each unit is expected to include air conditioning, water, sewer, and electrical service. Some suites will include mezzanines, and owners can build out spaces for collector cars, recreational vehicles, boats, off road vehicles, motorcycles, and other equipment.
The project is designed for storage, project work, and social use. Planned features include a clubhouse, car wash bay, gated access, security features, common areas, and a calendar of owner events such as barbecues, drives, and open garage gatherings. The Peoria site sits within reach of Lake Pleasant, Arizona Motorsports Park, Phoenix Raceway, and Apex Motor Club.
