Lawyer Huang Huili

The Immigration Bureau announced the receipt status of the new FY-2013 H-1B quota as of 4/13/2012.

Since the new H-1B quota began to be accepted on April 2, 2012, as of April 9, 2012, 17,400 bachelor's degree applicants for the new H-1B quota have been accepted, and 8,200 applicants have applied for a master's degree or above in the United States. According to statistics from the Immigration Bureau, the total number of new H-1B quotas received in the first three days of this year was twice that of the same time last year. It is expected that although the new H-1B quota for FY-2013 this year will not be used up soon, it will only last for a few months at most.
