Exclusive compilation of comprehensive media reports: Eric, the brother of the Las Vegas mass murderer, revealed that their father was Benjamin Hoskins Paddock, known as Bingo Bruce, who was on the FBI's ten most wanted lists from 1969 to 1977.

This gangster was born in Wisconsin, USA, in 1926. After using a series of aliases such as "Big Daddy" and "Old Baldy" to rob multiple banks in Arizona, he escaped from prison in Texas and went to Oregon, where he tried to run a bingo parlor incognito.

In 1960, Bingo Bruce robbed multiple Valley National Bank branches in Phoenix, Arizona. He was accused of robbing nearly $25,000 and was arrested by the FBI in Las Vegas in July of that year. When the FBI surrounded him, he tried to drive into the FBI agents and escape, causing the FBI agents to fire and force him to stop. In the same year, he was sentenced to 20 years in prison.

After the FBI arrested Benjamin Hoskins Paddock on suspicion of bank robbery, when they went to search his home in Tucson, Arizona, his wife took Stephen, the perpetrator of the Las Vegas murder, out for a swim to prevent him from suffering the psychological shock of knowing his father's double life.

However, on Christmas Eve 1969, he successfully escaped from a federal prison in Texas. The FBI said in a arrest warrant issued at the time that he was a dangerous armed fugitive diagnosed with psychopathic and suicidal tendencies.

Six months after escaping from prison, Bingo Bruce robbed a bank in San Francisco again. Since then, he has lived in the Eugene, Oregon, area for a long time under the pseudonym Bruce Werner Ericksen, and has avoided contacting the police and exposing his identity. His nickname Bingo Bruce came from this experience.

In September 1978, the FBI finally arrested Bingo Bruce again in Oregon. However, in April 1979, he was paroled.

In 1987, the Oregon Attorney General charged him with seven counts of racketeering and one count of adjusting car odometer readings. In the end, he emphasized that he had cancer and settled the case by paying a fine of $623,000.

Later, Benjamin Hoskins Paddock returned to Texas to live and died in Texas in 1998.
