The Overseas Chinese Affairs Council organized the [Production Line Management E-based Observation Class] and the [[Online Store Marketing Practical Class]. In order to help overseas Chinese businesses improve their operational capabilities, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Council specially commissioned the Small and Medium Enterprises Association of the Republic of China to organize the 2011 "Production Line Management E-based Observation Class" and "Online Store Marketing Practical Class". The processing time and course content are as follows: (1) Production Line Management E-based Observation Class 1. Time: July 4 to July 15, 2011. 2. Deadline for registration: May 31, 2011. 3. Training target: Factory managers or employees operating traditional industries and manufacturing industries. 4. Course content: Courses such as computerized control of production lines and customized planning of manufacturing processes, including: the introduction of E-technology concepts, the impact and transformation of the Internet on enterprises, production and marketing coordination and production scheduling, and on-site improvement techniques. We will also arrange on-site visits to domestic benchmark companies that have successfully introduced human-machine interfaces, automated machines, and flexible production lines into E-enabled production lines. (2) Online Store Marketing Practical Class 1. Time: July 25 to August 5, 2011. 2. Deadline for registration: June 14, 2011. 3. Training target: Overseas Chinese businesses or entrepreneurial overseas Chinese who plan to develop online sales and marketing. 4. Course content: Internet marketing trends, online store opening, marketing techniques, social website marketing strategies, online store opening precautions, website and corporate branding, digital consumer marketing, customer relationship management, etc., and arrangements will be made to observe domestic online marketing companies and share successful cases of online store opening. The Overseas Chinese Affairs Council will bear the course fees for the study activities and the students’ board and lodging expenses during the study period. Participants must bear their own air tickets and transportation expenses to and from their place of residence and other personal expenses.
