Phoenix Taipei Sister Cities, Greater Phoenix Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce and Global Federation of Chinese Business Women Arizona Chapter invited Master Chen Yang-Chun to have his exhibition at Phoenix City Hall from March 3-14, 2014 to honor Taipei and Phoenix 35th Anniversary of sister cities’strong relationship that established in March 1979, and to promote Taiwanese and American art and culture awareness and diversity. Chen Yang-Chun, a native from Yunlin, Taiwan, is the foremost watercolor artist in Taiwan. Mr. Chen has earned his fame as ”Master of Watercolor” and ”culture Ambassador” He has been awarded with ”Friend of Diplomacy Commemorative Medal”from Ministry of Foreign Affairs. His artworks are permanently included in many museums and private collections worldwide. March 7 at 12:00 noon at Phoenix City Hall 1st Floor Assembly Room: Master Chen welcomes everyone, unveils art to press and shares his 50 years of watercolor art experiences. March 13 at 9:00 am at Phoenix City Hall 1st Floor: Official Celebration lead by Phoenix Mayor Stanton to honor and celebrate Phoenix and Taipei 35th Anniversary of long lasting relationship and to recognize Master Chen’s 169th international individual exhibit in Phoenix with ribbon cutting and cake cutting.
