>AT&T recently launched a plan that will allow smart network users to upgrade their mobile phones every year.

The program, called AT&T Next, will allow smart phone or tablet users to upgrade to newer devices every year at no additional cost. The plan will allow users to purchase the phone in installments and upgrade to a new device after one year. But if the user decides to keep the phone, he will need to continue paying for 8 months. The installment fee ranges from RMB 15-50 per month depending on the device. For example, the regular price of the 16G iPhone 5 is US$649.99, and the monthly installment payment is US$32.50. The new plan will be implemented from July 26.
