>Townhouses near the ASU campus are in high demand. ASU is the largest university campus in the United States, with about 60,000 students on campus. Due to the large number of renters, the Townhouse near ASU has become the favorite of many investors. In April 2011, a 2005 house in a community near ASU, the normal sales price was 108,000 square feet for 1,088 square feet. In January 2012, the short-sale price of a house of the same size reached 130,000. For a house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the rent can be stable at US$1,200-1,400 per month. The housing supply in the communities near ASU has become very tight at present, and houses that have just been put on the market can receive multiple offers in a very short period of time. In the 1990s and 1980s, houses were still favored by investors. The prices would be lower, but the rental prices would not be much different. Due to the different age of the houses, the prices would be different when they are resold.
