According to the public records of the Arizona Corporation Commission, the former Arizona (Alberta) Chinese United Association was registered in May 2007, with the English name ARIZONA CHINESE UNITED ASSOCIATION, was dissolved by the Arizona Corporation Commission on October 17, 2012. Per Arizona Corporation Commission's public record, the previous Arizona Chinese United Association, which was incorporated in May 2007, was dissolved by Arizona Corporation Commission on 10/17/2012. The tax exemption status was revoked on June 9, 2011. Per IRS' public record, 501(c)(3) exemption status of the previous Arizona Chinese United Association (incorporated in May 2007 and dissolved in Oct 2012) was revoked by IRS on 6/9/2011. Now the new ARIZONA CHINESE UNITED ASSOCIATION (Arizona (Arizona) Overseas Chinese Federation, referred to as Arizona Hualian or Hualian, English abbreviation ACUA) has been legally registered in Arizona by Wang Shengjun and others, and was officially established with the approval of the state government on May 24, 2013. The new ARIZONA CHINESE UNITED ASSOCIATION officially declares that since the date of announcement, no individual or organization has appeared in the ARIZONA CHINESE UNITED ASSOCIATION (Arizona (Arizona) Overseas Chinese Federation, abbreviated as ACUA in English, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Arizona Hualien") has approved or authorized the board of directors and shall not use the name of the Arizona Hualian (including the full name and abbreviation in Chinese and English) to publish articles, publish any information or carry out any activities in public places and in various media including documents, newspapers, magazines, Internet, emails, etc. The Board of Directors of Alberta Hualian reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
