The registration deadline for the Water Cube Cup Overseas Youth Chinese Song Contest is May 31 The Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council of China, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Beijing Municipality, and the All-China Youth Federation jointly organized the 2011 "Water Cube Cup" Chinese Song Contest for Overseas Chinese Youth. The contestants will be selected and the winners will go to Beijing to participate in the finals. The final winner will perform on the same stage with the stars at the "Water Cube" on August 8. All participants who register this time will receive a certificate from the "Water Cube Cup" competition organizing committee. The competition in the United States is hosted by the National Association of Chinese Schools. An organizing committee composed of representatives from Zusun Chinese School in Tucson, Arizona, Tucson Mandarin Chinese School, Modern Chinese School, Hope Chinese School and representatives from the National Association of Chinese Schools hosted the selection competition. "American-Spanish Chinese News", "Alberta Times", "Asian American News", and "Sunbird" website sponsored free publicity reports for this event. The competition in this state uses DVDs of contestants singing Chinese songs for selection. Key points of the competition: 1. Players are between 14 and 28 years old. 2. Contestants are overseas Chinese or foreign Chinese; contestants must reside abroad (that is, obtain a green card or have U.S. nationality); excluding Chinese students studying overseas from mainland China. 3 This event encourages overseas Chinese teenagers to participate widely. It is not divided into professional and non-professional categories, singing methods, or age groups. 4. Contestants must sing in Chinese, and there is no restriction on singing method; this event only accepts solo entries. 5. The songs sung by the contestants should be healthy in content, beautiful in melody, and easy to sing; prepare at least 2 DVDs of Chinese songs to participate in the preliminary round, and the DVDs must be clear and fidelity; if you need assistance in producing high-quality DVDs, the "August Love Song" store is willing to provide free technical support, please contact: Weijia Gao 1301 E. The winner’s DVD will be sent to the National Association of Chinese Schools, which will judge the winner of the American competition and participate in the finals in Beijing on July 24. 9. Players who register in the local competition area do not need to pay a registration fee. 10 Award settings: All participants who register this time will receive a certificate from the "Water Cube Cup" competition organizing committee. The winner in the state will receive a certificate from the competition organizing committee, and have photos and related news published in the newspaper. The winner of the competition in Beijing will receive a gold medal, a "Water Cube Cup", several silver medals, bronze medals, and several winning prizes. 11.
