Nuokang was in court on September 21st

On the afternoon of November 6th, Beijing time, the first instance verdict of the "10.5 Mekong River Massacre" was announced. The public prosecution agency charged six defendants with intentional homicide, drug transportation, kidnapping, and ship hijacking. The court found guilty of the charges, and Nuokang, Sangkang, Yilai, and Zasika were sentenced to death in the first instance, Zhabo was given a suspended death sentence in the first instance, and Zhatuobo was sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment.
