The largest "International Antiques and Art Expo 2011 (Hong Kong)" in Asia will be held at the Hong Kong International Airport from the 28th to the 30th Held at the International Expo.
This exhibition displays more than 10,000 art treasures from different eras, including porcelain, miscellaneous items, furniture, calligraphy and paintings, etc., with an estimated total value of hundreds of millions of Hong Kong dollars. There are a total of about 50 items from Hong Kong and the Mainland. Exhibitors from China, Europe and the United States participated, attracting antique enthusiasts from all over the world to gather in Hong Kong to exchange the latest information in the industry and collection experiences.
The exhibition provides free antique appraisal services to provide citizens with a way to learn antique culture.
According to Hong Kong media reports, this art fair will publicly display a number of precious antiques and artworks, including the Qianlong pastel Amitayus Buddha statue from the Qing Dynasty with an estimated value of approximately HK$15 million, and the 15th-century gilt copper treasure Tianwang.
