The night of Shenzhen Bay was bright on the 12th. Youth and dreams were fully ignited and released here. The fourth chapter of the opening ceremony was themed "Dreams Relay Here". First up were 340 ordinary college students from Zhuhai Campus of Beijing Normal University. They were dressed in green and rode bicycles. With the changing lights and music, various graphics were constantly changing in the center of the stage, showing the image of the greenway that is currently under construction in Guangdong and is widely welcomed by the public.

It is reported that the greenways stretching for more than 2,000 kilometers in Guangdong, including Shenzhen, represent people's yearning for a green and ecological world. College students' performance on bicycles is an invitation to a better life to all their friends.

After being delivered virtually by tens of millions of people online and physically delivered in Shenzhen and other places, the Universiade Torch "Rainbow" finally came to Shenzhen Bay Sports At the event, the first torch bearer was Zhou Ziqian, who once cycled around China. The torch was then passed to Chen Lina, Olympic champion Cheng Fei, Chinese swimming star Sun Yang, national aerobics champion Huang Jinxuan, and world rhythmic gymnastics champion Dai Feifei. Finally, the torch was handed over to the much-anticipated Chinese Olympic champion Liu Xiang.

With the support of tens of thousands of spectators at the scene, "Flying Man" Xiang held the torch hand in hand with the representative athletes from Africa, America, Europe and Oceania. They ran towards the "Gate of the World", and the "Gate of the World" slowed down for them for the third time. Opening it, when they were still 200 meters away from the torch tower, the five torchbearers pointed the torches in their hands at the five stars symbolizing the "U" side of the Universiade logo and lit the fuse. The flame passed through Youth Avenue, towards the sea, towards the top of the torch tower, and lit the main torch.
