2013年02月10日是大年初一，下午，我用了一个多小时从丰台-海淀-西城-东城，几乎穿过大半个城，这要是在春节之前几乎不可想象，因为马路上几乎见不到什么车辆和行人!空旷的街道，一路畅通，感觉真爽!
据说这2069.3万的常住人口的大都市，竟然走了900万，接近一半人，也相当于一个瑞典或三个乌拉圭的人口数!北京早高峰全路网交通指数还不足2，而晚高峰也从上周的动辄8以上下降到6以下。
