Dad said to his son, I want to find you a wife. The son said, but I am willing to find it myself! Dad said, but this girl is the daughter of Bill Gates! The son said, if that's the case, it's okay. Then his father found Bill Gates and said, I found a husband for your daughter. Bill Gates said, no, my daughter is still young! Dad said, but this young man is the vice president of the World Bank! Bill Gates said, ah, this is fine! Finally, my father found the president of the World Bank and said, I will recommend a vice president! The president said, but I have too many vice presidents, they are redundant! Dad said, but this young man is Bill Gates’ son-in-law! The president said, this is OK! That's how business is done.

【The Monk and the Butcher】 Once upon a time, there was a monk and a butcher who were good friends. The monk has to get up every morning to recite sutras, while the butcher has to get up every day to kill pigs. In order not to delay their morning work, they agreed to wake each other up in the morning. Many years later, the monk and the butcher died one after another. The butcher went to heaven, but the monk went to hell. Why? Because the butcher does good deeds every day and asks the monk to get up and chant sutras. On the contrary, the monk asks the butcher to get up and kill animals every day. A little philosophy: Do you think everything you do is right, but it may not be right.

[A lifelong test question] You drive a car. On a stormy night. You pass a station. There are three people waiting anxiously for the bus. One is an old man who is dying and needs to go to the hospital immediately. One is a doctor. He once saved your life, and you never dream of repaying him. There is also a woman/man, she/he is the person you want to marry/marry in your dreams, maybe you will be gone if you miss it. But your car can only seat one person, what would you choose? I don't know if this is a test of your character, because every answer has its own reasons. The old man is dying, you should save him first. You also want the doctor on board because he saved your life and this is a good opportunity to repay him. And then there is the girl of your dreams. This opportunity was missed. You may never meet someone who makes you so excited. Out of 200 applicants, only one person was hired, and he didn’t explain his reasons. He just said the following: ‘Give the doctor the keys to the car and let him take the old man to the hospital, while I stay and wait for the bus with the girl of my dreams!’ Everyone I knew thought the above answer was the best, but no one (including me) thought of it in the first place. Little philosophy: Is it because we never think about giving up the advantages we already have (car keys)? Sometimes, if we can give up some of our stubbornness, narrow-mindedness, and some advantages, we may get more.
