Phoenix Zhuang Zhi: Missing and grateful to Mrs. Zhen (Alberta Times) Ten years ago, I just started cultivating the small field of "Xin Xin Eyes". I first met Mrs. Zhen in the office of Asia-American Times. At that time, President Zhen introduced me to Mrs. Zhen. While looking at Mrs. Zhen with what can be called "admiration and affection" in his eyes, he said to me: "She has been serving as the editor-in-chief since the first publication of the Alberta Times. Recently, due to the impact of her health, she has gradually retired." At that moment, I deeply realized that the success achieved by our president and the Alberta Times was precisely because of this woman who worked quietly and hard behind the scenes. Mrs. Zhen has been a teacher for decades, but she has given me a lot of encouragement as a "new student in writing". With the inspiration given by God's blessings and the care for the people and things around me, I, a novice writing student with insufficient ink and lack of education, have continued to write with the encouragement of the president, Mrs. Zhen. Later, I was able to publish a book. I really want to thank the president and Mrs. Zhen for their support over the years. The development and operation method of the Alberta Times has always been a step-by-step steady development. Many years ago, the president planned to improve the Alberta Times, which was originally published every two weeks, to a weekly publication. So the president convened a meeting with editors, reporters, special reporters and others at the time to encourage everyone to accept the challenge and work together. When President Zhen was patiently and seriously explaining in detail the difficulties we are currently facing, Mrs. Zhen suddenly came from behind to remind her gently, concisely and clearly: "Tell the important point!" The president immediately grasped the topic, assigned work concisely and concisely, and completed the meeting quickly. When I saw the interaction between the president and Mrs. Zhen, I felt that they were a perfect match and could help each other. No wonder they could shoulder the arduous task of running a newspaper together! Mrs. Zhen has suffered from dialysis due to diabetes for many years. President Zhen's love and care for his wife is well known. Some friends even said that President Zhen should be awarded a medal for "The Most Wife-loving Man in Phoenix", so Mrs. Zhen should be considered a very lucky person! Wang Weiting, a famous overseas Chinese leader in Phoenix City, once told me that about two years ago, Mrs. Zhen’s condition suddenly took a turn for the worse. The doctor warned her that she might not be able to survive the illness, and advised her family members to be mentally prepared. President Zhen was so sad that she frequently shed tears. She begged the doctors to do their best to save Mrs. Zhen. Weiting said that she was present at the time and was moved to tears by President Zhen’s deep affection for Mrs. Zhen. I believe that although Mrs. Zhen was seriously ill, she must have known that the president was reluctant to leave her, so she bravely returned from the gate of hell three times in order to get together with her family more and talk to her wife more. Now that Mrs. Zhen has put an end to the toil and sorrow in the world and has gotten rid of her illness, although we are extremely reluctant to leave, we still hope that President Zhen and his family can take care of themselves and receive the comfort and peace given by God. Mrs. Zhen, I thank you and miss you!
