It’s time for the Phoenix Beauty Pageant again. Over the years, the colorful Phoenix Chinese ladies have had their splendid looks. Now let us pick up the flowers in the morning and relive the beautiful images left by the beauties in their youth! (Most of the photos appeared in newspapers for the first time clll)

1997 2002 2004 The most famous "nail beauty": Feng Rou participated in the beauty pageant at the age of 19 but failed to win. In 2002, 23-year-old Feng Rou ran again and won the Phoenix City Beauty Pageant championship by performing "Peacock Dance" in the talent show, beating nine other beauties. Later, Miss Feng Rou from Tianjin participated in the 2003 Annual Meeting of the Chicago Chinese Chamber of Commerce and the 2004 Beauty Contest, and won the title of Miss Chinatown Goodwill in 2004. She also represented Chicago in Hong Kong to participate in the 2004 Miss Chinese Global Beauty Contest, becoming the most famous "nail beauty."

Good at martial arts and tenacious in fighting spirit. Miss Talent America Champion (1978) Yu Ailian, the first queen of the Yu family in 1977. "Miss Chinatown Talent All-American" Ellen Yu. In 1977, Helen Yu, who was only five feet tall, participated in the Miss Chinese Beauty Pageant in Phoenix City. She was good at martial arts and became Miss Talent that year and won the title and was elected queen. In 1978, at the age of 26 but with a strong fighting spirit, she represented Phoenix in the Miss Chinese Business America Contest. Due to her martial arts and dance performances, which shocked everyone, she became the Miss Talent America Champion and is currently the only holder of the best performance.

The most accomplished and majestic queen: Miss Chinese Businesswoman Zhou Yading in 1973, her married name is Roxanne Song Ong. She is now a Chief Presiding Judge, serving in the Phoenix Municipal Court, and has won the "Trailblazer" award from the government. In 2010, she was invited to attend the National Day Beauty Pageant of the Overseas Chinese Federation, and in 2012, she was named one of the "Forty-eight Most Charming Women in Arizona".
