Reprinted from Kaiping Xiaohai Monthly: The bright moon embodies how many mothers care about their relatives far away, and how many wanderers are nostalgic for their homeland. In this Mid-Autumn Festival, which brings refreshing autumn and the fragrance of osmanthus, on September 26, with infinite love for his hometown, Mr. Deng Chaoju, a local overseas Chinese leader in the United States, returned to his hometown again and stayed at the Tanjiang Peninsula Hotel. He took the time to visit various places in his hometown. During the morning of the 29th, he also returned to his hometown to pay homage to his ancestors, pay homage to his ancestors, and pay homage to his ancestors. I was invited to have a dinner party with Municipal Party Committee Secretary Huang Yaoxiong, Mayor Wenyan and other leaders, and consulted for opinions on supporting the development of cultural education and other public welfare and charity undertakings in my hometown. Mr. Deng Chaoju, whose ancestral home is in Kengzhong Village, Xiaohaidong, Chikan, is a former member of the White House Council on Asian and Pacific Islanders, founder of the Arizona Chinese Restaurant Association, head of the Southwest Region of the American Chinese Welfare Association, and executive director of the Better Business Bureau of Arizona. He left his hometown of Kaiping for Hong Kong when he was five years old, and went to the United States when he was twelve years old and has settled there ever since. After graduating from college with a business degree, he opened shopping malls, restaurants and other businesses, as well as tourism, securities and other businesses. Because of his strong management skills, various businesses became more and more prosperous and his career was successful. He is a peaceful person, enthusiastic about public welfare, actively participates in the work of overseas Chinese communities, strives to seek benefits for the Chinese, and provides experience for the Chinese to plan and expand business markets overseas. He has made great contributions. In 1988, Mr. Deng Chaoju initiated the establishment of the Chinese Restaurant Association of Alberta and was elected as the first chairman. He later served as the director of the Southwest Region of the American Chinese Welfare Association. Mr. Deng Chaoju actively participated in politics. Through his participation in politics, he paid attention to the Chinese society and improved the social status of the Chinese in the United States. In 1997, Mr. Deng Chaoju represented the U.S. government at the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region's Return Ceremony, and in 1999, he represented the U.S. government at the Macau Special Administrative Region's Return Ceremony. Mr. Deng Chaoju said that experiencing the exciting moment of return was the happiest thing in my life. Over the past century, I felt that my country of origin has grown from weakness to prosperity, and I feel proud that my hometown is China. In 2000, when U.S. President Bush took office, Mr. Chaoju was appointed as a member of the White House Asian and Pacific Islander Council and as a special commissioner for the Arizona State Government, thus embodying the progressive and bright generation of Chinese who gradually entered the political arena and fought for the rights of the Chinese and overseas Chinese. Mr. Deng Chaoju is enthusiastic about the overseas Chinese community in Arizona. He has done a lot of work for the overseas Chinese community in Arizona, and has done a lot of work for the overseas Chinese community. For example, he has served as the vice chairman of the Fei Ni Deng Gaomi Office and the deacon of the Fei Ni Yingduan Industrial and Commercial Branch. He is currently the consultant of the Fei Ni Kaiping Mutual Aid Association and the president of the Fei Ni Overseas Chinese Federation for many terms. It can be said that no one in Feini knows you. Due to his enthusiasm for the overseas Chinese community, liaising with overseas Chinese and government agencies, he became a messenger between China and the United States. In 1993, when Deng Weili was the mayor of Mesa City in the United States, he contributed greatly to the establishment of a sister city between the city and Kaiping City on October 14, 1994, and established a platform for cultural exchanges and economic and trade activities between the two cities. Because Mr. Deng Chaoju is patriotic and enthusiastic about public welfare, he is currently employed as the honorary chairman of the Kaiping Overseas Friendship Association, the consultant of the Aiping Economic Development Committee, and the honorary president of "Xiaohai Monthly". Every position is well deserved.
