A teacher at the Hope Chinese School in Alberta Li Xiaoheng

attended the National Association of Chinese Schools National Convention for the first time and never expected to enjoy such a good lecture. Now more than twenty days have passed, after a lively Christmas, a relaxing ski vacation, coupled with the impact of the New Year, and the grand wedding of a friend, when I started writing the article, I still retained the touch and shock brought by the Chinese lecture at that time!

Can’t help but sigh!

By the way, I have moved to the United States for eight years. Every weekend I take my baby daughter to a Chinese school to learn Chinese. I wish my children could master Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing, as if they were studying in China. I just never expected that English would have such a huge impact that it would almost take away children’s interest in learning Chinese! Parents are all nervous. How they hope their children can communicate with their fellow villagers and elders in Chinese!

"Memorize the book thickly when memorizing lessons, and talk thinly about books during lectures. Pay attention to the learning situation, and do a good job in pre-class planning and classroom generation."

>The instructor adds the finishing touch and expresses the essence of lesson preparation. These Chinese teachers from all over the United States are like an elite army. They have become the pioneers of Chinese teaching in North America in terms of interests, situations, challenges and professions!

Can’t help but be happy!

The forgetting curve shows the law of human forgetting, reminding teachers and parents to help children master the best way to learn by themselves, use the least time, use skillful and timely review, and obtain the best learning results!

>TPRS teaching method, with both voice and emotion, mobilizes all students to participate and cannot stop. Not only learn, but also enjoy the process and enter the state of academic mastery.

Looking back, I can’t help but look forward to it. I hope that next year’s Chinese Teachers Conference will gather in Fengcheng again to produce more masterpieces and enjoy the best!

Can’t help but be grateful!
