Authorities said the offender could face not only fines but also jail time. Ivanhard, who owns a painting company in Sierra Vista, was charged with hiring an illegal immigrant, a misdemeanor, and harboring an illegal immigrant, a felony. Harder was fined $450,000 and could be jailed for six months. The case will be decided by the U.S. District Court on January 26.
