Where could a bloody attack by a drug addict happen in broad daylight? A shabby alley with few people? This is one of the cases that happened at the Phoenix Public Library. A year-long investigation by a local television outlet has concluded that public libraries are no longer safe and quiet places. While the library attracts bibliophiles, its elegant environment also attracts many thieves, homeless people, drug addicts and perverts to gather here, and thefts and attacks occur from time to time. Bibliophiles are advised to pay attention to safety when entering and exiting the above places.
