The holidays are approaching and the weather is cool, making it a good time for hiking and hiking. Glendale police are reminding everyone that thieves have reached into cars left behind by climbers. Police say there has been a sharp rise in the past three weeks in hikers returning from hikes to find valuables stolen from car trunks. Many mountaineering enthusiasts lock their watches, wallets, iPads and laptops in the trunk of their car after parking their car in the park, thinking that this is foolproof. Unfortunately, all this fell into the eyes of the thieves hiding aside. After the car owner left, the thief went over, smashed the window, opened the trunk, and took away valuables. Police advise car owners to hide valuables before arriving in park parking lots. The easiest way to do this is to leave your wallet, briefcase, and other items at home. If you see any suspicious people or activities, please do not hesitate to call the police.
